Shipping Information:

Your order is shipped discreetly with no reference to "Lingerie" or the products ordered on the outside of the
packaging. We ship to the 50 States and Canada. International orders, Orders Must Contact Us Before your final
check out. Shipping and delivery days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. We do our best to make sure our
customers receive their orders quickly. With the Exception of back ordered items, our lingerie orders are shipped with
in 5-14 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

Customer satisfaction is our #1 Goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or
exchange your item within 14 days from the date you receive it.

By law we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for intimate wear-bathing suits, thongs, g-strings, costumes,
teddies, baby dolls, any adult toys or novelties.

By law we cannot accept returns or exchanges on washed, worn, or soiled items.

All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. You must contact us first for a verification number at Customer
Support.

1. Include original receipt of return item with package.

2. Merchandise is unworn, unused and unwashed, in original condition with tags attached and all original packaging
intact. This includes all accessories provided by the manufacturer.

3. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Once our warehouse receives the return merchandise, we will issue a
replacement or store credit within 15 business days.
